What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter:

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and prepare a quote for bookkeeping services. We won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.

We don't sell it

Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with anyone except the service providers described below, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If you do become a client, your information becomes part of your client file and is kept as long as needed to provide our services and meet record-keeping requirements.
